Housing Information
The military provided two options for the use of your Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH). The first option is to live on base. Your second option is to use your BAH to buy or rent a home off base.

• The Housing Management Office (808) 448-6887. Contact the HMO as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. They offer counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement and help resolve tenant-landlord disputes.

• Single Service Member housing at JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam is provided by the Navy. Contact Gabrunas Hall (808) 473-5995 or the AFB Unaccompanied Housing Office (808) 448-6815 for assistance.

• JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam on-base housing is privatized and operated by Winn Company - Hickam Communities (888) 329-4758 offers 2-5 bedroom apartments, townhomes and duplexes based on rank and family size. The amenities includes A/C, washer & dryer or washer/dryer hookups, swimming pool, spray park, dog park, basketball courts and fitness center.
